The Big Mistake, it is said, happened several hundred years ago. The ancients were performing a series of experiments in a faraway land on the other side of the ocean. Somehow, they punctured holes in the world, causing millions of other worlds to merge together. The different worlds reacted poorly to one another, causing even more serious damage.

And thus, was our world, Gamma Terra, born.
